Francisco G%C3%B3mez Jordana, 1st Count of Jordana

Francisco GmezJordana y Sousa was a Spanish soldier and politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs during the rule of Francisco Franco.

He was born in Madrid, the son of an officer who went on to become a Lieutenant General and one of the High Military Commissioners of Spain in Morocco. GmezJordana enrolled as a student at Spains Academia General Militar in Zaragoza in 1892.
